IPPUNIturns4 Birthday Contest Terms & Conditions


The contest is organised and managed by IPPUNI (also named as “the Organiser”) and will be conducted on the following Terms and Conditions:


By entering this contest, participant(s) agree to be bound by these rules.

This Contest will commence on 1 November and end on 30 November 2021 (“Contest Period”).



Contest Period & Entry Criteria


To enter the contest, Participant(s) must:


  1. Spend minimum of RM70 on IPPUNI’s Shopee/website in single order/receipt
  2. Follow IPPUNI’s Shopee and Instagram 
  3. Post the most creative birthday wish (photo/video) through Instagram Feed/TikTok/Twitter.
  4. The chance will be higher If participant(s) add the video
  5. Put #IPPUNIturns4 on your post and tags IPPUNI in description & feed/video.
  6. Participant(s) must include  #IPPUNIturns4 Birthday Contest card in her/his photo/video, photocopy/edited visual/shares of card with others is not accepted.
  7. Participant(s) may use the same content to post on Instagram Feed/TikTok/Twitter as for more entries but can only win ONCE.

Contest Period:  1 November-30 November 2021


Prizes


1st Prize - RM2,000 Cash Prize 

2nd Prize - Any Skincare Products of your choice worth RM1,111 from IPPUNI. 

3rd Prize - Full set of PINKFLASH products with PVC bag 


  1. IPPUNI filters all the eligible participants who meet the contest criteria.
  2. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set by the supplier (if applicable).
  3. Any entries with cancelled orders will not be added in the accumulative spend for this Contest.
  4. IPPUNI reserves the right to request from the winner proof of his/her shopee/website purchase receipt(s)/order ID for verification purposes;
  5. Failure to do so, prizes shall be forfeited or disposed of at the discretion of IPPUNI.
  6. Participants MUST keep the original receipts for verification purposes. Sharing original purchase receipt(s)/order ID with other individual is not acceptable.

Terms and Conditions


  1. To participate in the Contest, participants must strictly follow all rules and criteria stated in the contest post on how to enter the Contest.
    1. Be a legal resident of Malaysia;
    2. Aged 18 and over or above as of the first day of the Contest;
    3. Hold a valid identification card;
    4. Have a valid Facebook/Instagram/Shopee account.
    5. Be a fan of the Ippuni’s Shopee/ Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Tiktok/ Youtube (Refer to contest criteria)
    6. The Organizer shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents
  2. The Contest Period is stated clearly in the contest post. All entries received after the contest period shall automatically be disqualified.
  3. Images of prizes shown in any promotional collaterals, advertisements, publications/websites and other materials relating to this Contest are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes. 

  1. Each Contestant is entitled to win one (1) Prize only in the Contest.

  1. Each potential winner is responsible to respond to the Notification and provide their details (full name, date of birth, contact number, mailing address & email address) within THREE (3) working days from the date of Notification. Failure to do so, prizes shall be forfeited or disposed of at the discretion of IPPUNI.

  1. All prizes will be delivered to the stated mailing address after IPPUNI has received the winner’s personal information via Private Message (PM)/Direct Message (DM)/e-mail/whatsapp once relevant verification on the winner has been performed by IPPUNI.

  1. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained.

  1. By participating in this giveaway/contest, the eligible participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of IPPUNI.
  2. Winners hereby consent to and agree that IPPUNI shall be at liberty to publish their names, pictures and other details without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes.

  1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest is the sole responsibility of the winner[s].

 

Rights of the Organizer


  1. The Organizer has the right to decide the winner(s) for each prize.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Contest in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prize against such winner and select another winner.

  1.  The Organizer shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the Prizes offered under this giveaway and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this giveaway by giving adequate notice to Eligible Participants.

  1. The Organizer may ask for your personal information for verification purposes and/or to arrange for delivery of the prizes. IPPUNI reserves the right to request from the winner proof of his/her identification before giving out the Prize

  1. The Organizer will accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
